Discover hidden gems on this four mile circular heritage walk from Washpit to Holmfirth and back.
Hear about historic textile mills, some still in use, but many long gone or repurposed. Listen to stories of what it was like to work in the mills and enjoy the music and entertainment as you walk along the Ribble, which is England’s shortest river.
Please book a free ticket for U16s who must be accompanied by an adult.
A moderate walk of 3-4 miles with some steep bits and some mud. Pushchair friendly. Wear suitable footwear
