Service Description

YSWN’s Gender Diversity and Inclusion training comprises 2 X 1.5 hour online sessions co-facilitated by YSWN Development Manager Heidi Johnson and Co-Director Jo Kennedy, plus Associates. The training providing insights into different kinds of unconscious bias, highlighting examples of gender discrimination within the events industries and discussing practical approaches to creating a more inclusive workplace including recruitment, pay, progression opportunities, workplace culture and marketing. By the end of the session, you will have created your own Action Plan for change.
